What to Expect…
There is no charge for an initial consultation to evaluate and discuss your needs. A detailed postural assessment will be utilized to determine the best course of action for your particular care plan. During your visit, Dr. Stern uses the Posture IQ system to measure structural imbalances including hip and shoulder rotation, neck lean, and other indicators of stress on the spine and nervous system. The adjustment itself involves a light touch to the neck. There is no twisting or popping of the spine. Following the adjustment, immediate measurements are recorded from the Posture IQ to track postural changes.
